These terms and conditions govern the use of NCERT Classes (ncertclasses.com) and all associated open educational study guides, model test series, video lectures, and scholastic tools.

NCERT Classes is an independent, non-commercial public educational initiative founded and guided by Mr. Surendra Singh Chouhan (Retd. Assistant District Education Officer - ADEO Secondary Education, Jodhpur; Ex-Principal; Board Flying Squad Incharge) and Mrs. Neel Kamal Chouhan (Principal, BDRKA).
- Independent Entity: NCERT Classes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official department of the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), or any state government board.
- Pedagogical Alignment: Our curriculum guides, chapter notes, and question banks are independently authored to align with the official syllabi prescribed by NCERT and the National Education Policy (NEP 2020 / NCF-SE).
2. Fair Use & Copyright Compliance
Textbook chapter titles, syllabus outlines, and textbook question references belong to their respective statutory copyright holders (NCERT / CBSE / State Boards).
- Section 52(1)(h) Indian Copyright Act, 1957: Textual excerpts, chapter questions, and syllabus structures are reproduced strictly for bona fide educational instruction, critical commentary, and student examination guidance under the fair dealing provisions of the Indian Copyright Act.
- Original Exposition: All analytical summaries, mnemonic charts, visual census cards, step-by-step model solutions, and board strategy keys published on this website are original intellectual works authored by the NCERT Classes academic faculty.
3. 100% Free Public Commons Policy
- All chapter notes, revision flashcards, PDF study materials, and scholastic tools on
ncertclasses.comare offered 100% free of cost to students, parents, and school educators across India. - School Use Encouraged: School principals, Headmasters, and teachers in government, semi-government, and private schools across India are explicitly permitted to print, photocopy, and distribute our chapter notes for non-commercial classroom instruction and school libraries.

While every effort is made by our senior educationists and curriculum architects to ensure absolute accuracy, pedagogical rigor, and alignment with the latest board marking blueprints:
