01

500+ Chapter Tests

Every NCERT chapter has a corresponding chapter test. After class, students test themselves immediately while concepts are fresh. Tests range from 10 to 30 questions per chapter.

02

Board Pattern Full Mocks

Full-length board exam mock papers (CBSE and RBSE) under exact exam conditions — duration, marks, and question format matching the actual board paper.

03

JEE & NEET Pattern Tests

For JEE and NEET aspirants, the platform has dedicated JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET pattern tests — MCQ, integer type, and multiple correct — closely following the NTA pattern for JEE Main and NEET (JEE Advanced is conducted by the IITs and follows its own pattern).

04

Instant Scoring & Solution Keys

Test results are available within seconds of submission. Full solution keys with step-by-step explanations help students understand every wrong answer.

05

Score Trend Dashboard

Students and parents can see score trends week-by-week, chapter-by-chapter, subject-by-subject. The dashboard shows clearly whether performance is improving or needs intervention.

How it works

From first session to board exam mastery.

  1. 01

    Access from student portal

Log in to learn.ncertclasses.com and navigate to Tests. Select your class, subject, and chapter.

  2. 02

    Take the test

Complete the test within the time limit — just like a real exam. The timer is visible on screen.

  3. 03

    Review results immediately

See your score, correct/incorrect answers, and full solution explanations right after submission.

  4. 04

    Track your improvement

Check the dashboard weekly. Show parents the trend graph — it's the clearest proof of improvement.

Why testing frequency matters

Research consistently shows that retrieval practice — actively testing yourself — is more effective for retention than re-reading notes. Students who test themselves after every chapter retain concepts significantly better than students who only attend classes.

The feedback loop

Class → Practice → Test → Review → Class. This loop is the engine of improvement at NCERT Classes. The test platform makes the “Test → Review” part instant and data-driven, so teachers know exactly where to focus in the next session.

Visible progress for parents

One of the most common parent concerns is: “Is my child actually improving?” The Test Platform provides an objective, weekly answer — score trends don’t lie. Parents with access to the Parent Dashboard can track improvement without relying on subjective assessments.

FAQs

Have questions? Find your answers here.

Are the tests based on CBSE or RBSE syllabus?
Both. Since NCERT is the common textbook, the chapter tests apply to both boards. The full mock papers are available separately for CBSE and RBSE formats.
Can parents see the test results?
Yes. Parents who have a Parent Dashboard account can see all test scores, attempt history, and score trends in the parent portal at parents.ncertclasses.com.
How often are new tests added?
New tests are added every week, especially before exam seasons. Previous year papers are uploaded as soon as they become available.

Please note: Test scores on the platform are indicators of preparation level and should not be taken as a prediction of actual board exam marks. Real exam performance depends on additional factors including exam-day conditions.
