NCERT Classes (ncertclasses.com) values the sacred trust of students, parents, and teachers across India. We are dedicated to providing a safe, advertisement-free, and sovereign digital learning environment in strict accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable laws of India.

1. Our Fundamental Privacy Commitments

  • Zero Data Monetization: We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade student profiles, quiz scores, contact numbers, or academic history to any third-party company, advertiser, or commercial coaching institute.
  • No Commercial Tracking or Ad Pixels: Our website contains zero ad networks, third-party remarketing pixels, or behaviour-profiling scripts.
  • Protection of Minor Learners: Because our services serve school students (Classes 6 to 12), we treat all student data with the highest standard of custodial protection.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect minimal technical and functional data required to deliver educational resources:

  1. Voluntary Academic Communications: When you contact our Directorate desk, WhatsApp academic helpline, or submit an erratum, we receive your name, phone number, class/board, and message content to assist you.
  2. Local Browser Preferences: We store your selected medium (Hindi / English / Bilingual) and calculator target inputs locally on your own device (localStorage) so your preferences persist without server tracking.
  3. Anonymized Technical Telemetry: Basic non-identifying server metrics (pages viewed, error codes) solely to maintain 100% platform uptime and prevent denial-of-service disruptions.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process voluntary information solely to:

  • Deliver 100% free chapter notes, model papers, and syllabus updates.
  • Respond to student queries, academic doubts, and school collaboration requests.
  • Investigate and resolve curriculum errata reported by educators.
  • Uphold cyber-safety and protect minors from online harassment.
